How to Participate in the Gratitude Gala Silent & Live Auctions

Welcome to the 2025 Gratitude Gala & Awards auction portal!
 Below is everything you need to know to register, bid, and secure your favorite auction items.

Whether you're joining us in person at the Gala or participating online, we’ve made the process simple and seamless.

Step 1 — Register for the Silent Auction (Required to Bid)

Our Silent Auction is hosted on the BetterWorld platform and is now live. To participate, you must complete a quick one-time registration:

  1. Click the link below.

  2. Enter your name, email, and cell phone number.

  3. Add a credit card, which is securely stored for winning bids.

  4. Start browsing and bidding!

 Silent Auction closes at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22
 Bids placed after the deadline will not be accepted.

Step 2 — Live Auction Participation (In-Person Only)

The Live Auction will take place during the Gala program.

To participate:

  1. Check in at registration and pick up your bid paddle.

  2. Confirm that the phone number and email attached to your registration are correct.

  3. Raise your paddle when bidding opens for the package you want.

  4. If you win, a MAC assistant will meet you to confirm payment and finalize your package.

Live Auction items include exclusive luxury getaways, high-value experiences, and limited-offer opportunities available only at the Gala.

Payment Options

Winning bidders may complete payment using any of the following:

  • Credit Card (via the donation portal at www.fundmac.org)

  • CashApp

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • Cash/card (for bar purchases only)

Please finalize payments immediately after bidding closes, as packages will only be released once payment is confirmed.

A MAC team member will guide you through the process onsite.
