Who we are

Built to move opportunity where it’s needed most.

The MAC Foundation is the fundraising arm of the MAC Chamber — a registered 501(c)(3) established in 2021 for charitable, educational and cultural work across Nebraska.

Our Story

A mechanism for a bigger mission

The Foundation exists to establish, administer and finance programs that meet the crucial needs of overlooked and underrepresented entrepreneurs, in step with the goals of the Chamber. Every benefit, program and event we run is designed around one test: does it help an entrepreneur make money, save money, or build the skills and network to grow?

That mandate now reaches beyond Nebraska into the wider Midwest, funding a pipeline that runs from teenagers putting on their first interview suit to founders scaling established companies.

When we founded the MAC Foundation in 2021, we didn't just want to provide resources; we wanted to provide a legacy. In Nebraska and the Midwest, traditionally overlooked entrepreneurs often face challenges obtaining capital and finding networking opportunities. Our work is rooted in closing these gaps by creating pathways to access, cultivating leadership, and building a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem for the next generation of founders.
