Tiffany Gamble is a purpose-driven leader, Founder and CEO of Gamble Tech Firm and Emerging Ladies Academy, and a Queen Mother of Sowutoum, Ghana (Naa Oshedu Osaga I). She empowers Black women and girls to enter the tech ecosystem with training, support, and community, while building global initiatives that connect Omaha and Accra. Her work emphasizes access, opportunity, and generational change through technology.

Tiffany has led youth STEM programs, coached career pivots into tech, and launched cross-continental collaborations to amplify diverse voices in technology. She is focused on creating pathways for learners from ages 8 to 80, designing systems and programs that nurture talent at every stage. Through her work, she is dedicated to inspiring, educating, and empowering people to become innovators and leaders.
