From Idea to Pitch in Two Weeks
About the Program
The Rising CEOs Summer Sprint is the MAC Foundation's intensive entrepreneurship experience, presented in partnership with Girls Inc. of Omaha. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and real pitch training, participants move from idea to execution in just ten days.
Rising CEOs is the MAC Foundation's flagship youth entrepreneurship program — designed to empower young leaders with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to become innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers in their communities.
By the end of the Sprint, every participant will have developed a validated business concept, created a professional pitch deck, and presented before a live panel of judges, mentors, and community supporters at the Rising CEOs Summer Sprint Summit.
Our Mission
Provide equitable access to entrepreneurship education and economic opportunity — while building leadership, financial literacy, communication, and problem-solving skills in the next generation.
Program Highlights
Participants work through every stage of building a business — identifying a real problem, shaping a solution, and presenting it professionally. No prior business experience needed.
Entrepreneurship Fundamentals
Learn the foundations of business development and how to identify real problems worth solving in your community.
Business Concept Development
Define your idea, build a value proposition, and create a simple business plan — with guidance every step of the way.
Pitch Training
Build a professional pitch deck and sharpen your public speaking skills ahead of the Summit presentation.
Mentor Network
Connect with entrepreneurs and business professionals who will guide, challenge, and champion your ideas.
Leadership Development
Develop the confidence, communication skills, and entrepreneurial mindset to carry you beyond the program.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility & Ideal Participants
The Rising CEOs Summer Sprint is designed for motivated young women who are ready to commit to a two-week intensive experience.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be between the ages of 13 and 18
- Be currently enrolled in middle or high school
- Be recruited and vetted through Girls Inc. of Omaha
- Complete the Rising CEOs intake form
- Commit to attending the full two-week program

Register via the private link provided by the MAC Foundation through Girls Inc. of Omaha. There is no external application process for this specific partnership. All participants will be selected through Girls Inc. of Omaha.

Program Schedule
Parent/Guardian Orientation (Mandatory)
A mandatory Parent/Guardian Orientation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, from 1:00–1:30 PM. Parents/guardians will learn about the Rising CEOs x Girls Inc. Summer Sprint, program expectations, and how to support their participant. A Zoom orientation meeting link will be included in the confirmation email sent after registrationAttendance by at least one parent or guardian is required.
